Stephanie L. Szydlowski

A Hope College graduate, Stephanie began her legal career in Miami, Florida, at the University of Miami School of Law, where she was awarded a Public Interest Fellowship with the Florida Bar Foundation. Upon completion of her fellowship, Stephanie continued to focus on the public interest field and the rights of impoverished clients as a Law Clerk with Legal Services of South Central Michigan in Lansing, Michigan, where she earned her law degree from Michigan State University, and completed a concentration program in Family Law. As an undergraduate, Stephanie studied Political Science and Communication at Hope College in Holland, Michigan, where she began focusing on developing a legal career.

In her off-hours, Stephanie continues her involvement with the legal community as an active member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association. Stephanie is involved with the American Inns of Court, as well as both the Young Lawyers, and Family Law Sections of the Grand Rapids Bar. Stephanie participates as a volunteer mentor to law students through Michigan State University, and to college students through Hope College. Stephanie also enjoys running, and ran her first marathon in January 2010.
